Very basic continental breakfast on the amazing views, exceptional service. Amazing and magnificent location - near a cathedral and a fortress. Located in a cozy area full of restaurants and bars, and local restaurants.

This Parador is just wonderful.... the views are incredible and the hotel just about perfect... It is a little confusing following all the signs getting there, but we made it!!

very well situated, comfortable and really 4 star, not more but certainly not less, although a space to sit outside would be welcome

The walks around the historic village were a delight, and there's something magical about having a morning coffee with your family dog by your side. The fine courtyard was a perfect spot to relax after exploring.
For dads, it would be great if the bar service was quicker.

The breakfast was very basic continental and comprehensive and with pastries to die for; the staff was VERY ATTENTIVE. The pool was nice and I had complimentary drinks in the outdoor bar.

The Parador is located atop the highest landmark for miles and affords a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. It is a renovated portion of a much larger ruined castle and provides a beautiful abode for the traveler. We particularly enjoyed the gorgeous courtyard. We visited in July when the temperatures in Southern Spain can be brutally hot and so especially enjoyed the hotel pool, which was large and very well maintained. The cool water was welcomed at the end of each hot day sightseeing.
In our limited experience, Paradors are not known for their cuisine or unique menu selections relative to each other, and this was the case here too. Mostly more of the same foods found at other paradors. The breakfast spread was had a bit more variety than most. The other issue is that the Parador is outside of Seville, about a half an hour to an hour drive, depending upon traffic to the city centre. This distance meant we missed out on strolling through the streets of Seville in the early evenings when temperatures were cooler and more people out and about.

I made the booking for my parents as it was their 49th wedding anniversary. My parents had difficulties removing the air conditioning from their bedroom in the night, so they were not happy about this. Otherwise they loved their stay at the Parador and enjoyed their meals in the restaurant. Regards Sophie Fernandez Hamilton

Breakfast may have been pricey, but let me tell you, the Danish pastry and local eateries stole the show! We wandered just two minutes to find a good local spot for dinner, all for just 30 EUR. Can't beat that in Carmona! Plus, the views from our balcony were a sight to behold, and the staff was cute despite the rush.

The best location in Carmona with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Huge swimming pool which looked lovely but closed at this time of year. Very friendly staff and one of the best paradors we have stayed in in Spain. We did not eat in hotel but drinks were reasonably priced. People we met who were staying there said the food was very good.

No air conditioning in rooms!!! Should consider adding coffee-making facilities !!! Pool access is awkward with steep stairs.

Location: the hotel was near old historical castle and beautiful old town outside of Seville as well as a Mountain top overlooking farms and fields. Asked for a twin room and it was elegant and gorgeous on higher floors. All the staff was very good and polite, resolved my issues;)))

The room was spacious with amazing views that enhanced my relaxation after a long day. The breakfast provided ample variety, including fresh pastries and a selection of hams and cheeses, which catered perfectly to my morning needs. I particularly appreciated the salon area, comfortable for informal meetings.
The dining hall felt a bit too bright and lacked warmth.
